Correspondence

Both practices use healthlink to send correspondence to GP’s and specialists. We can also receive referrals via Healthlink EDI: smsgroup

For GPs and Specialists who would like to discuss a referral:

We make every attempt to review patients with 2-4 weeks of receipt of the referral.

Dr Tabet is happy to take phone calls directly from GPs or specialists on his mobile via the switchboard at:

• RPA Hospital on (02) 9515 6111

Dr Tabet can arrange dynamic endocrine testing at either RPA Hospital.

Urgent Referrals:

For all urgent referrals, please fax a referral and relevant results to one of the practice locations below. Please follow up with a phone call indicating how urgently the patient needs to be seen. The referral will be reviewed and triaged personally by Dr Tabet.
